#2 A kick in the butt

Three years ago I realized that security in jobs is just like investments, don’t rely on a single source. But still, the thought of having the main one be taken out got me scared shitless!

That feeling felt like a kick in the butt! It HAS to work, something has got to work!

As I kept saying that to myself, I started thinking “why do I keep busting my ass for someone when they can get rid of me in a blink of an eye?”. Getting hired in tech today is not easy as openings are getting scarce. It was time to move already.

It wasn’t the first time I was building a SaaS product, but it was the first time I was doing it seriously, because differently from previous times, I now have a company for which I can legally sell software and collect payments.

I was committed to see it through completion, even if it ends up being a flop.
